Recently, we watched Susan Boyle stun a British audience with her angelic-like vocal rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserable (an excellent show, BTW). But Susan not only stunned the British audience with her vocals, she smashed pre-conceived ideas of beauty, of dreams, and demonstrated that great gifts, big dreams, and determination come in very different packages and from unlikely places.
